Great news! We provide it all! If you already have a home bar that you'd like to use, we will send one of our world class bartenders to tend your bar! They will connect with you to ensure they are ready and equipped to use it! They will leave the bar in better condition than they found it and will dress the bar up with festive decor that matches your event!

Yes, we work with a variety of entertainment vendors, including DJs, live bands, and performers. We can help you select the perfect entertainment for your event and coordinate all logistics.
No! Park n' Pour is not licensed by the Arizona Liquor Board. Luckily, we operate under whats called a "dry hire." Basically what this means is we do everything except provide the alcohol. We have options to get the alcohol to you and would love to work out options to make you be able to sit back and relax!
As part of the planning process, we will work together decide on various spirits, liqueurs, beer and wine to serve at your event. Once these important decisions are made, we will build you a structure on what we will need and how many of each item we will need. With this you have options! You can shop for these items on your own, or order them online through our trusted liquor vendors. Once the items are ordered, you can provide ParknPour with the invoice and we can pick up the items for you for a small delivery fee. The options are yours!

Guests that appear underage shall be prepared to show valid government issued ID prior to receiving alcoholic beverages

Yes, we carry liability insurance to ensure that your event is protected and to give you peace of mind while we provide our services.
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be outlined in your contract and is typically 50% of the total cost.
The gratuity policy will only apply to service related positions (I.e. Bar Services, Cocktail waiter/waitress, bar-backs)
Gratuity is not included in our final pricing, as we believe it’s important to recognize our bartenders for their exceptional service. While gratuity is highly encouraged by our guests, we want you to enjoy your event without any added concerns. For your convenience, there will be a tip jar available on the bar top for those who wish to show their appreciation.
If a client prefers not to have a tip jar available, a 20% service charge will be added to the invoice to ensure our bartenders continue to provide exceptional service. This charge helps us maintain the high standards you expect while allowing you to enjoy your event without concern for gratuity.

The final payment for your event is due 7 calendar days prior to the event date. This allows us to finalize preparations, secure necessary supplies, and ensure our team is fully prepared to deliver exceptional service.
Payment Methods:
Final payments can be made by using the email you received to satisfy your invoice. Payment methods accepted include: Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Bank transfer. Please ensure that the payment is processed by the due date to avoid any disruptions to your event.
Late Payments:
If final payment is not received by the due date, Park N Pour reserves the right to suspend services until payment is made. This may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and potential cancellation of your booking.
Confirmation of Payment:
Once your final payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the details of your event and any last-minute arrangements.

Returned Payments:
At Park N Pour, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all our clients. To maintain our service standards and protect our business, we have established the following policy regarding returned payments:
1. Definition of Returned Payment:
A returned payment occurs when a client’s bank rejects a payment for any reason, including insufficient funds, closed accounts, or payment disputes.
2. Notification of Returned Payment:
In the event of a returned payment, Park N Pour will notify the client via email or phone as soon as possible, outlining the details of the issue.
3. Reprocessing Payments:
Clients are responsible for resolving any issues related to returned payments. Upon notification, we will request that the payment be reprocessed within 24 hours. Acceptable payment methods for reprocessing include certified payment options, including: Debit or Credit card or Cash
4. Returned Payment Fees:
A fee of $35.00 will be applied to the client’s account for each returned payment. This fee covers administrative costs incurred by our team in handling the returned payment.
5. Impact on Services:
Until the returned payment is resolved and the necessary fees are paid, Park N Pour reserves the right to suspend services. This may affect event preparations and service delivery.
6. Acknowledgment:
By signing our service agreement, clients acknowledge and accept this Returned Payment Policy.
